Shipping policy

We strive to ship out next day unless you have a custom order. Most orders are ship through USPS unless stated otherwise. If a product is damaged or missing, please do not hesitate to reach out. Claims cannot be filed on missing packages unless it has been more than 14 business days. In that case we will either refund or reship and file the claim ourselves. Larger orders may sometimes be split in two packages, be aware if the box is marked 1 of 2 or 2 of 2. They are always sent out together but don't always arrive together.
